The NFL footballer-turned-MMA fighter joined the UFC in 2019. However, the ‘Prince of War’ couldn’t find much success inside the Octagon and left the promotion after three successive losses.
The heavyweight fighter currently holds an unimpressive MMA record of 7-5. Besides, the former NFL footballer last fought on UFC 272 and lost the fight by knockout in the first round. With that fight, Hardy exhausted his UFC contract and became a free agent.
Since then, Greg Hardy has been looking for his next challenge and is trying his gloves inside the boxing ring.
How did the fans react to Greg Hardy’s video?
In a video which surfaced online, which seems like Hardy’s professional debut, he can be seen exchanging blows with a much smaller opponent. Actually, Hardy overpowers his opponent inside the ring and consequently wins the fight with a knockout.
While it’s pretty common to see fighters with varying skills fighting in the same ring, it’s a rare sight to see two weight-mismatched fighters sharing the ring.
