The JRE podcast is finally back with its #2124 episode. This time around, Joe Rogan invited Dave Attell and Ian Fidance for a two-hour discussion. Attell and Fidance are stand-up comedians by profession and entertained the audience with discussions on varied topics. What does Joe Rogan do to keep himself fit? Well, the secret is finally out, as revealed by the JRE host himself. Rogan is undoubtedly one of the fittest guys around. However, this was not always the case for him, as he did suffer a lot of injuries in his career. But that did not stop him from maintaining himself. The 56-year-old is also very famous for his carnivore diet, which he follows regularly. A black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Rogan, has always been into fitness and shared the method for him staying in shape at this age.

While speaking to one of his guests, he said, “It’s all about the maintenance. You got to keep that maintenance up. I saw it coming a long time ago though. I saw it coming like in my 30’s.I never let myself go. I’m terrified of it. Because I have been injured before . I’ve had a bunch of surgeries. I know what it’s like to have things not work good. You got to do everything you can to make sure the f..ng wheels are still on the machine. Cuz if you don’t you know we all know guys who don’t take care of themselves and f …ng s .t just starts breaking.”

White has been working with Gary Breckas, the founder of 10X Health Systems, for quite some time now. In the video, he shared his secret and said, “Since I taking my health seriously almost two years ago my life has completely changed. I’m more active, I have more energy I’m more productive at work. I’m more productive in life, period, I swear to god I feel like I am 25 years old again.” He then also pointed about the things that people can do if they cannot afford such expensive materials and gym.
