Joe Rogan and his Spotify issue keep getting bigger. Until now, it was Neil Young who wanted the platform to decide whether to keep Rogan’s podcasts or his music. Unfortunately, Young’s songs were taken down. However, Rogan’s podcasts have offended another person who wants them removed. Like Young, she too has given the platform an ultimatum to choose between her or the podcaster.

According to a Twitter account, Barbara Streisand wants Spotify to decide to remove either Rogan or her music. If the news is true, then one might wonder if it is going to work; especially after they removed Young’s music.

Former MMA fighter Jake Shields had an interesting take on this recent development.

Shields was referring to the Streisand effect that was named after the singer. Years ago, she tried to contain the images of her residence from circulating. However, it had the opposite effect. It brought more attention to her house and thus the phenomenon took her name. As a result, Jake Shields feels the Streisand effect could happen once again.

Barbara Streisand has not officially tweeted anything about Rogan and her ultimatum to Spotify. So one would have to wait and watch. Journalist Glenn Beck, however, reacted to this news.
