Pimblett’s weight loss program is not rocket science for him. The fighter asserts that he just goes into a caloric deficit and surplus as per proper conditions. On his official YouTube channel, Pimblett has even said that gaining and losing weight is not difficult for the fighter.

“There’s no rocket science to it,” said Pimblett. “It’s not hard. Get yourself in a calorie deficit. Why do you think I get so fat? Because I’ve got to go from eating 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day to eating 8,000 a day. That’s why the weight piles on and that’s why it comes off so easy,” added Pimblett.

His changing weight is indeed a matter of intrigue among the fans and many are always left to wonder, what next!

During a media session at UFC San Diego, the lightweight fighter shared insights into his noticeable weight increase since his last match. Pimblett disclosed his intention to curtail the weight gain between bouts, especially when going up against ranked UFC opponents.

While in the press conference, Pimblett voiced, “Yeah, when I’m a bit older and once I start fighting ranked opponents, then I will keep my weight down. But for now, I enjoy putting a little bit of chub rub on.” As of now, Pimblet loses around 45-50 pounds of weight before his fights and he might continue it in the future.
