Conor McGregor always finds a way to stay in the headlines. The Irishman is in the news this time for a very different reason. McGregor and his fiancee Dee Devlin extended their family and welcomed their fourth child together a few days ago. The 35-year-old has been posting pictures of his newborn regularly.

One such recent picture of his popped up on Reddit and has gathered a lot of attention. While most of the fans seemed happy for him, few of them criticized ‘ The Notorious.’ Let us find out what the fans had to say about the father of four. 

Fans surprised by Conor McGregor’s style of handling his newborn son

Conor McGregor announced the arrival of his newborn son on his social media. In one of the pictures, McGregor can be seen holding his newborn baby in a very unusual manner. The 35-year-old is holding his newborn son by his neck and this left many surprised.

Seeing the complaints from some fans, some others explained how the UFC star was actually doing it the right way. Considering he was holding his newborn son in a hospital, it is unlikely that the medical professionals around him would let him do it the wrong way. Nevertheless, the internet had a few jokes to share at the expense of the ‘Mac’ and his newborn.

‘Lol this is literally exactly how you are supposed to support a new born when holding them upright. They ain’t got no neck muscles’ 

Another user had a very different opinion and commented:

One user reminded everyone that the 35-year-old was a father of three until the fourth one came along.

‘The man has like 3 of them , he knows what the f ..k he’s doing’

McGregor is expected to return to the Octagon very soon in 2024. Luckily, the arrival of his son happened at a reasonable time before he started his training camp. But when will the former champion finally make a return?

The UFC is planning to organize its historic 300th numbered event in April. Although a reasonable amount of time is left before the event, the fans have already started to predict their fighters in the main event. The superstar aura of ‘ The Notorious’ one already pushes him to be one of the contenders.

The UFC CEO also announced that Michael Chandler will likely face Conor McGregor on his return. Chandler and McGregor have a history going back to when they were in the famous Ultimate Fighter show season 31 earlier this year.
