Besides being a longtime UFC commentator and a successful podcast host, Joe Rogan is also the owner of a popular comedy club. He launched his dream project ‘Comedy Mothership’ earlier this year, and the place has been running packed shows ever since. Thoroughly meant to be a place that raises laughter, Rogan’s most recent admission about the club might raise a few hairs on your neck.

The 55-year-old recently hosted fellow podcaster and stand-up comic Theo Von. The pair chatted for almost three hours on a number of subjects. They started off discussing Rogan’s comedy club and looked at old pictures of it during the construction phase.

At this point, Rogan made a confession about a deep-seated feeling he had about the building. He also confessed something his daughter had said in relation to the same.

Joe Rogan makes shocking admission about Comedy Mothership

Joe Rogan has been very passionate about his comedy club. His vision was to have a place where comedy could thrive free from the rampant woke censorship in modern society. However, he may not have expected what came next. Months after successfully setting up the club, Rogan confessed to Theo Von that the building felt weird to him.

He said, “It feels weird to be in there because, I mean I’ll almost sound crazy but I feel like that place has always been there. Weird.” Von responded, asking, “Like, the club has always been there?”

Rogan said, “Yeah the club. It’s like it was waiting for us. Like a Stephen King book. For real. I’ve never been in a building that felt more like it was conscious. Place feels conscious.”

He further added, “My daughter’s into ghosts and sh*t. She has this thing she puts on. This headphone that’s connected to some box and someone will ask questions and the box will pick up random signals and you’re blindfolded and you listen to this. They do this to test places for ghosts. She says that place is haunted.”

Now to add a bit of context, Rogan mentioned, with a chuckle, that his daughter is only 12 years old. But the millionaire host of JRE and his guest agreed on the kind of feeling that Rogan was talking about.
