UFC CEO Dana White has turned his health around completely. A few years ago, he was dealing with numerous health issues. However, with expert guidance and a strong will, White may now be even healthier than some of the UFC fighters! Recently, the UFC CEO completed a five-day water fast.

Moreover, he posted about its benefits and experience on social media. As the name suggests, water fasting is a unique fasting method that only allows the consumption of water (along with bone broth) for numerous days. Recently, a Hollywood star also took on this challenging task!

Recently, famous Hollywood actor Josh Brolin took to his Instagram to reveal his current fasting routine. According to Brolin, he is currently undergoing a water fast, and is on the 5th day. “I am on day 5 of only water. A little bit of bone broth for lunch and a little bit of bone broth for lunch,” he said.

Apparently, the popular celebrity has overtaken Dana White’s water fasting record of 86 hours, and hasn’t stopped yet. However, he comically mentioned about losing his composure due to this fast. “But I am on day 5, so anything I post, I apologize. Anything I say is my fault, anything I do is suspect. I take no responsibility for anything right now, because I just feel crazy right now”.

In the end, Josh Brolin credited Dana White for the water fast. “It’s good though, I like it. Dana White, thank you so much bro,” he said. It seems like the UFC CEO suggested this health hack to Brolin.

Dana White’s opinions about water fasting

Just days after the UFC 295 event, Dana White announced the completion of his water fast. According to the UFC CEO, this fasting method is helpful in tackling many serious diseases including cancer.

“So when I left the event on Saturday night, I started fasting. I don’t know if you’ve seen this online but it’s called the seven-day water fast,” he said. “Doctors have done studies on this. And this thing is legit, it gives you over seventy percent of not getting cancer, alzheimer’s, and other nasty diseases,” White added.
