Conor McGregor is the face of MMA. The Irishman is clearly the biggest name in combat sports and continues to dominate outside of it as well. Recently, he announced the achievements of his business ventures, but, with it, also came a huge update on his octagon return.
Fans got to see a rather unprecedented side of ‘The Notorious’ Conor McGregor as he penned a heartfelt message for them on Instagram. The Irishman stated that he’ll be abstaining from alcohol to focus on his training for an octagon return this year.

The former UFC champ-champ wrote, “Sitting in actual awe at present. Can’t quite describe it. Last week, Saturday, the first day Ireland became free from restriction, and also coincidentally the anniversary of the late Arthur Guinness, @forgedirishstout outsold Guinness on premise for the first time. Conor McGregor reacts to becoming the highest-paid athlete in the world
In Conor McGregor’s signature style, the Irishman, in an Instagram post, reacted to beating the likes of Tom Brady, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Canelo Alvarez. The stat in which McGregor outplayed the sporting legends was the highest-paid athlete per minute in 2021.
