Joe Rogan’s troubles do not seem to end. After Neil Young’s exit from Spotify, yet another person shuns the platform over ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’.

Just a while ago, singer Neil Young’s music was taken down by Spotify as he had posed the platform an ultimatum to choose between his music and Rogan’s podcast. Because of this, his songs were removed from Spotify. Later on, several reports claimed that the musician was back on the platform. However, that was not true.

Famous musician Woody Guthrie, who spoke the truth and was known to take political stands too has shunned the platform now. While it has been decades since he has passed away, he has joined the list of artists who are not happy with Spotify’s affiliation with Rogan’s podcasts.

As reported by ‘Rolling Stone’, New York’s Morgan Library Museum will display Guthrie’s work and belonging in his memory. His journals, clothes, instruments, and other belongings will be displayed. Spotify, too, was involved in these plans initially. The platform was going to be used for an audio tour.

However, Young and several other artists pulled out. Hence, Anna Canoni, the Vice President of Woody Guthrie Publications and also Guthrie’s granddaughter, sought an alternative. Canoni said, “When we were considering the idea of a playlist as part of the exhibit, I was aware of Spotify being an evolving conversation in the media. So I asked the Morgan Library if there was an alternative to Spotify and they said yes. And I said, ‘Let’s do that!” [h/t Rolling Stone]
