Lee’s parents were both natives of Hong Kong. Lee developed a fascination for Hollywood films at a young age. He made his dream move to the United States at age 18 to pursue higher studies. The Jeet-Kune Do founder’s proficiency in martial arts led him to pursue it as a full-time career, dropping his education and establishing his own studio.
However, fate had other plans, as Lee earned the role of Kato in the TV series Green Hornet and entered Hollywood.

Lee was dedicated to his craft and maintained a fit and lean body. Despite suffering from cerebral edema, He was very athletic and performed difficult stunts with relative ease. Lee also had an obsession to look good for the camera. But, had a problem with excessive sweating while performing these stunts. So, to look sweat-free for the camera, Bruce lee had his sweat glands removed from under his armpits, according to Cheat Sheet.
Bruce Lee has made a tremendous impact on the Hollywood industry, starring in films like Fists of Fury, Enter the Dragon, and Way of the Dragon. These films garnered him an enormous star status across the world. The name “Bruce Lee” became synonymous with Modern Martial arts across the globe.

Sadly, the film legend passed away at an early age in 1973, during the peak of his career. Lee passed away from what appeared to be brain swelling. He serves as an inspiration to many young fighters, willing to take up Martial arts.
