Since his initial encounter with Kamaru Usman, ‘Chaos’ has only fought once. In September 2020, he defeated Tyron Woodley by TKO. On the other hand, Kamaru Usman made three more successful title defenses after UFC 245. He beat Gilbert Burns at UFC 258 and Jorge Masvidal at UFC 251 and 261.
The fans are well aware of both combatants’ animosity for one another and they expect to see some serious violence. Covington will seek vengeance at UFC 268 after losing to ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ in their previous fight.
