Recently, the beloved JRE host shared a video where he showed a glimpse of his comedy club in Austin, Texas. Rogan captioned, “@comedymothership WE COME IN PEACE.” Situated in the Ritz Theatre, the ‘Comedy Mothership’ attracted many followers to visit Austin.

Many prominent entities from the world of MMA, as well as comedy, reacted to the post. The UFC president, Dana White, responded with emojis, seemingly depicting a fist bump. The backcountry bowhunter, Cameron Hanes, wrote, “Amazing!!! Congrats brother.” Furthermore, fellow comedian, Tom Segura, responded with, “Congrats! This is gonna be fun.” The fans had a similar view, as well.

Joe Rogan’s insecurities during the early days of doing comedy
In episode #1929 of the JRE, the famed podcaster revealed he didn’t enjoy doing comedy during the early days. He disclosed he felt insecure and jealous of other comics. He said, “In the beginning, I didn’t (like doing comedy) because of jealousy and insecurity.” Furthermore, he added, “If someone else was killing it, then I was like ‘God! I wish I’d thought of that. God! I wish I was killing it.”
