What did Jake Shields tweet?

The marked submission grappler who last fought in the cage in 2018, posted a series of three tweets on the fresh development of the Russian situation. The highlight of his MMA career came at UFC 129 when Shields fought Georges St-Pierre for the welterweight title. However, Cesar Gracie Jiu-Jitsu’s team representative lost the fight on points.

In the first of these tweets, the 43-year-old wrote, “Ukraine shot missiles into Poland and tried blaming it on Russia.” He added further, “Missiles supplied by our tax dollars”.

Following this, the former 5-time world champion made a particular demand. And then again mentioned, “This is a perfect example of why we need to stop supplying Ukraine with weapons”
