The former King of the Cage Middleweight Champion was in rare form, delivering quips and jabs with ease. However, at a certain point, he crossed a line by making a tasteless remark about the reporter. He insinuated that she ended up interviewing Jon Jones by having an intimate relationship with him.

While Strickland said it in the flow of the interview, a fan pointed out that aspect in the comment section, saying “The fact that Nina points to her dude and Sean sets up an apology to only have it be about Jon Jones still I audibly cackled at that. Sean is a straight up menance”.
