The UFC middleweight champion recently appeared on the ‘Impaulsive’ podcast with Logan Paul. The candid podcast had many intriguing moments, but one of the biggest highlights was when Adesanya talked about Jones.

First, he gave a bit of backstory about how things got bad between him and Jones. According to him, it was the current UFC heavyweight champ that called him out for a fight. “He messes something saying something like ‘Oh! I’d like to fight Israel’ and I was like ‘Why the f*ck does he want to fight me? I am middleweight! But then I responded. And then we had beef. And for years it was like that. When I fought Costa, it went really deep! That was a time it could have happened. But I don’t know what happened, scheduling, or COVID reasons. I fought Jan.”
