Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov have a lot of bad blood between them. The two fought at UFC 229. In this fight ‘Notorious’ submitted to ‘The Eagle’ in the fourth round. Following this the infamous cage jump took place. ‘The Eagle’ who was pumped after submitting McGregor proceeded to jump the cage and attack his opponent’s coach Dillon Danis.
McGregor remained in the Octagon. Whenever the cameras panned towards him, fans got the impression of a humble man in defeat who had been jumped by ‘The Eagle’s cornermen. The Irishman appeared on the Tony Robbins show and shared his point of view of what happened that night.

‘Notorious’ referred to ‘The Eagle’ as a rat as by leaving the Octagon “he scurried away. He climbed over the fence and jumped into the crowd to make make a bit of noise, but as soon as he jumped into the crowd, he cowered away and scurried away cause he’s that little rat.”
‘Notorious’ saw this as an opportunity to “get back into the mix.”
