The two-division UFC champion is multi-talented since he’s an actor, a motivator, a champion fighter, and a bodybuilding pro. He is one of the greatest welterweights to have participated in the Octagon and he has thousands of people turning up for his training programs.

He recently launched a new training program named Rush 2.0 and Muscle and Health reporter Danni Levy sat down with him for an interview. The two-division champ and his trainer, Erik Owings, gave insightful knowledge about the new training program and fitness secrets. Let’s see what went down in the interview.

When Georges was asked about the new fitness program Rushfit 2.0 and his perseverance, he said that it is his “responsibility,” to share his wisdom and expertise with others, assisting them in enhancing their physical fitness and acquiring martial arts abilities for self-protection. He said, “For me, training is therapy, and I think it’s my duty to try to pass on my knowledge. Everything we do in the Rushfit program mirrors our fighting and training style. We’ve digressed a little to show how it’s done from the beginning and appeal to a wide audience, but as you progress through the program, it becomes more advanced.”

People can benefit from this training and have the summer body they crave, according to Danni. Pierre explained why he could eat anything he wanted and still be shredded, “I can eat pretty much whatever I want because of the way I work out,”. The foodie declared, “I love food. I love pasta. I love a lot of things that are not so ‘healthy’ for me. But I burn a lot of calories, so I’m still healthy and in decent shape.”

This 8-week Rushfit program helps everyone, regardless of age, lose weight in a healthy manner. This program is specifically designed to be done solo and without the need for any equipment. According to the duo, “The program’s main focus is on bodyweight exercises, mobility, and strength-building movements.  

Pierre enhances performance with ice baths

In addition to his extremely effective exercise regimen, Georges incorporates ice baths into his daily schedule to enhance the quality of his sleep. He quoted, “My motto is: ‘Do a little a lot, not a lot a little!’ It’s all about consistency,”

Furthermore, quality sleep actively contributes to various aspects, exerting a significant impact on your mood, endocrine system, and overall functioning. From Georges’ personal standpoint, he strives to engage in physical activity on a near-daily basis. Apart from this, he stated that “I love my ice bath too. It gives me a good rush of adrenaline and helps boost testosterone.”
