“Never Imagined One Day…”: Legend Arnold Schwarzenegger Reacts as He Achieves ‘Champion for Democracy’ Honor

Arnold Schwarzenegger needs no formal introduction. A man of multiple talents, ‘Terminator‘, over the years, has perfected many roles. Starting his career as a professional bodybuilder, he went on to win seven Mr. Olympia titles. Winning the Mr. Universe title at the age of 20 made him the youngest person to clinch the prestigious honor. But his achievements were not just restricted to bodybuilding.
Even when Arnold Schwarzenegger took up his responsibilities as the Governor of California, he executed his duties with the utmost dignity and responsibility. Honoring him for all his contributions to the public, the officials of ‘Unite America’ presented the Hollywood star with an award.

Praising his trailblazing leadership, the authorities thanked Arnold Schwarzenegger for initiating multiple reforms for California. The official handle of Unite America wrote, “We are honored to present our first annual “Champion of Democracy Award” to Governor @Schwarzenegger.”

After having a distinguished career in bodybuilding, business, and entertainment, Arnold Schwarzenegger stepped into politics. Winning the public mandate, he became the Governor of California in 2003. During the said time, he worked on multiple key policies.
From attempting to cut down the greenhouse gas to increasing the minimum wage to the worker’s compensation system, Schwarzenegger worked on a lot of long-term goals. He also played an instrumental role in improving the aging infrastructure of California through a ‘Strategic Growth Plan.’

He successfully retained his seat in the re-election in 2006, remaining in office for a second term from 2007 until 2011.
