Simone and her magic wand raise mental health startup’s value

2021 has been the year of Simone, as she continues to spread awareness about the importance of mental health. After Tokyo Olympics 2020, Biles has paved the way for a new era in sports, where athletes prioritize mental health accolades and awards. Notably, she did not stop there as she also partnered with the mental health startup, Cerebral.

The 24-year-old is the Chief Impact Officer, and she certainly played the ‘impact’ role incredibly. The value of cerebral raised from $300 million to a whopping $4.8 B through venture capital.

Simone Biles wants everyone to have access to resources

The 7-time Olympic medalist has faced a lot of hardships in her life; however, with utmost grit and determination, she sailed through it all. Notably, Biles is now spreading awareness about mental health and its importance.

While announcing her new partnership, Simone said, “Mental health is just as important as physical health, but for far too long the stigma of mental health has prevented too many people from seeking help. I have my own challenges with mental health, and therapy has been very empowering for me as I try to be the best person that I can be.”

“I believe everyone should have access to mental health resources and Cerebral gives me the ability to personalize my mental health care experience,” she added.
