Arnold Schwarzenegger became the messenger of a powerful message

Claudia began the journey of this challenge in fear, as her mental state hadn’t been well lately. However, as the challenge went on, the fear gradually shifted into courage and happiness as she slowly succeeded each day. In the newsletter, Arnold mentions a Q&A session with her. When she was asked about the message that she would give to other people, she replied, “I actually was there, too, at the stage of feeling stuck. I just came out of a burn-out and depression, which lasted for some time.”

Also, her primary focus was going ahead step-by-step. Similarly, she advises the same. She continued, “My message would be: step-by-step. No need to set incredible goals and think you have to become Superman or Superwoman overnight. Give yourself patience and time, and start with little things.”
