Chris Bumstead dominated the reverent stage of Mr. Olympia 2022, by defending the title of Classic physique for the 4th time in a row. His months-long hard work and disciplined regime finally paid off. As the 27-year-old retains the title of Classic Physique, he shares the dietary regimen that immensely helped him in achieving robustness just a day before the competition.

CBum recently shared a vlog, describing the diet plan he followed just a day before he set foot on the podium of Mr. Olympia 2022.

Chris Bumstead shared his dietary regime

A few hours ago, the Classic Physique titan shared a vlog on YouTube with his fans, describing the healthy nosh he consumed before the show day. In the video, Chris and his fiancee, Courtney was seen preparing a meal for the bodybuilder. Explaining the contents of his meal, CBum said, “it’s 150 g of filet, 150 g of rice, 100 g of sweet potato, and 100 g of red potato”.

As the video progressed, the 27-year-old elaborated on his body requirements and carb intake. “Give my body what it needs”, added Bumstead. He further expounded on the need for steak, creatine nutrients, and fat that one requires to achieve satiety.

As per the bodybuilder, his body was also responding well without the diuretics and he said, “all-natural food is the best”. CBum also appreciated Courtney, “Courtney is a machine in the kitchen”, as she prepared healthy food for the bodybuilder.

A few years back, when CBum was suffering from IgA Nephropathy-a kidney disorder, he lost his appetite and the physical capacity to work out. However, his determination and zest for his beloved sport of bodybuilding made him choose a healthy dietary habit, which in return immensely helped him get through his chronic ailment. Since then, the bodybuilder was unstoppable. Bumstead with his fitness regime set himself on a winning spree and hence won the Mr. Olympia Classic Physique title for four consecutive years in a row.
