Unlike, the legend’s other sons, Patrick and Christopher, the athlete is determined to follow in his father’s footsteps. He has already embarked on his fitness journey while his step-brothers’ interests in the sport are unclear. In a recent Instagram post, Baena can be seen flaunting his ripped quad muscles as part of his leg day routine.

The video presented several workouts the bodybuilder resorts to for his leg conditioning, notably the Hack Squats. Moreover, his descriptive caption shared interesting insights, encircling his workouts and number of sets. Here’s what he implied.

Joseph Baena stuns in his massive quads

The 25-year-old celebrity is among those few gym-goers who absolutely love a leg day, contrary to popular opinion. As per the Instagram update, he revealed it is one of his best days at the gym. “Might not have the largest legs in the game but leg day will always be my 2nd favorite day after Pull Day!,” he wrote. Moreover, the actor started his caption with a fascinating remark, “Skies out = Thighs out”

The intriguing video featured Baena acing several leg routines, like the Hack Squats, Walking Lunges, Leg Press, and more. Sergio Mendes Feat. Black Eyed Peas’s Mas Que Nada tuned into the background as the 5’11” model performed additional DB RDLS, Leg Extension, and Donkey Calf Raises.

He elucidated his entire routine for the day by stating, “I usually always do conventional squats when starting my leg days but for this session, I stuck with my favorite leg machine: The Hack Squat. Focused a lot on the quads and sprinkled a lil hammies in there for the flavor.” Furthermore, Baena asserted that he never performs less than four sets per exercise while the rep frequency varies. By the same token, a few days ago, he pointed out another concerning aspect of training, but with sarcasm.

On 10th April, the star kid shared a satirical representation of a regular session with personal trainers. He seemed to portray the latter while his friend imitated a gym-goer sweating it out. “Personal trainers are the best,” his caption hinted. In the video, his friend stressfully asked, “Am I doing this right?” to which Baena casually responded, “Yeah yeah, just few more reps.”

He attempted to highlight the ignorant demeanor of certain unprofessional trainers that do not take accountability for their actions. Even though hilariously depicted, Baena’s powerful message reached several fitness enthusiasts, generating awareness of the issue.
