Years after bodybuilding legend, Arnold Schwarzenegger assisted the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition as a co-chair, NBA star, Stephen Curry is set to follow suit and would be yearning to make a similar mark.

The 4-time NBA champion will be assisted by his celebrity wife, Ayesha Curry, among others who are invited to be a part of the fitness council. According to a report by The Hill on 24th March 2023, the star couple was enlisted as the newest members of the council. Here’s what the report elucidated.

As per the sources, the White House declared this week that the Warriors star and his wife will be joining additional 30 new members of the special council. The individuals are set to be appointed by President Biden for its promotion and outreach. The initiative “aims to promote healthy, accessible eating and physical activity for all Americans, regardless of background or ability,” the White House revealed. 

Furthermore, a spotlight on mental health shall ensue in the coming days since it remains a crucial element of physical fitness and nutrition. Apart from the Currys other notable personalities that are listed were retired Phillies baseball athlete, Ryan Howard, WNBA champion, Tamika Catchings, and Olympian snowboarder, Chloe Kim. Other Olympians included Elana Meyers Taylor and Chaunte Lowe.
