Well, we can rest our imaginations here, because this happened in real life. Ramy and Wheels had a wrestling match, and guess who won?
Ramy Destroyed Wheels in an Arm Wrestling Match
Big Ramy and Larry Wheels decided to see who would triumph in an arm wrestling match. The result was a glorious video that showed these gigantic men trying their best to one-up the other.
Ramy and Wheels locked their arms together and went at it. Well, that’s how any arm wrestling match usually works. But what was extraordinary about this one? Well, on the one side, we had Mamdouh Mohammed Hassan Elssbiay, a.k.a Big Ramy, professional bodybuilder, and two-time Mr. Olympia. On the other, it was Larry Wheels, world-record-holding power-lifter, and Strongman competitor.
In the video uploaded by the YouTube channel Inspired99, the arm wrestling match was won by Big Ramy, who seemed almost unfazed during the match. But there’s more to it than meets the eye.

Two-Time Mr. Olympia Shows Off His Brawn
In the video, it seems like Wheels is struggling, but Elssbiay looks like he’s having a picnic. This is not strange, considering the fact that they have a big difference in how much they weigh. While Larry Wheels weighs around 245 – 308 lbs (111.1 – 139.7kg), Elssbiay can easily weigh around 341 lbs (155kg) during the off-season. The latter is, after all, one of the biggest bodies in bodybuilding. He’s named “Big” Ramy for a reason.

However, on the other hand, Wheels does have some professional arm-wrestling experience under his wing. He has participated in events such as “King of the Table” where he has competed against other arm-wrestling professionals. Even though Elssbiay had some weight advantage over Larry Wheels, considering the fact the Wheels competed professionally, the 2x Olympia champion’s performance was truly mind-blowing.
