Big Ramy and Chris Bumstead are two of the top names in the bodybuilding circuit. Chris, the 27-year-old Canadian bodybuilder, won the Mr. Olympia Classic Physique title in 2019, 2020, and 2021. On the other hand, Big Ramy, the 38-year-old Egyptian bodybuilder, is the reigning and defending Mr. Olympia, having won the 2020 and 2021 contests. Hailing from different countries and varying age groups, the two icons with similar aspirations landed up in the same place.

As a bodybuilder, it is natural to feel big and proud. And so was Chris, until Big Ramy walked in. The caption read, “When you’re feeling big in the gym and then @big_ramy walks in…” It comes as no surprise that a co-contestant feels inferior to a gigantic personality like Big Ramy.
