As per the social media update, the 65-year-old athlete took a break from her hard-core workouts and spent a delightful time at the beach. Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, it is evident that she loves a good day with nature. Hence, the caption insinuated, “Is there such a thing as a bad day for the beach?

Furthermore, elucidating her perfect day, she added, “Fresh sea air, salt water, and a little sunshine makes a perfect health pick me up.” Concluding her message on a cheerful note, she wished her fans a great day as well. Apparently, the grandmother is a gym freak and works out for the major part of the week to keep her abs maintained.

In February, Maxwell posted a workout video displaying an intense exercise. Nevertheless, the highlight of the post was her caption which reflected her love for workouts and subtly revealed a secret. She connoted her temptation to lift weights every chance she gets. “I just can’t resist lifting a few weights. In my opinion weight training is a must for maintaining a strong and lean body whatever age we are,” it read.

Besides that, she hinted at her anti-aging mantra saying, “You only need to learn a few movements, such as – push – pull – squat – lunge. Perfect these movements while lifting weights as it’s Anti-aging and easier than you think.” It’s that simple for the idol.
