Brazilian bodybuilding prodigy, Ramon Rocha Queiroz, a.k.a. Ramon Dino made many heads turn his way through his incredible performance on the reverent stage of Mr. Olympia 2022. More so, he inscribed his name in the weighty tome of bodybuilding history by finishing second in the competition and winning the Classic Physique division of Arnold Classic 2023. Now, he is right on the heels of the Classic Physique reigning champion, Chris Bumstead. However, recently, the Brazilian took all the social media brownie points by expressing a kind gesture for his on-stage rival, Chris Bumstead.
CBum and Dino recently made a splash in the bodybuilding arena by giving their fans a glimpse of their off-stage friendship. In Chris Bumstead’s latest YouTube vlog, both champions were seen working out in amity and left their fandom spellbound. Nonetheless, before parting ways, Dino gave the most heartwarming gift to CBum, and in return, received the Classic Physique champion’s heartfelt gratitude.

Ramon Dino’s kind gesture for Mr. Olympia’s rival Chris Bumstead
On 13th March, CBum and Dino collaborated to do a full back workout together. They both can be seen performing workout routines like barbell bent-over row and lat-pull downs. Interestingly, after ending their training regimen with a back extension, Dino gave his bodybuilding nemesis a necklace with a Zeus shield pendant.
Following this, the reigning classic physique champion expressed his gratitude towards Dino. Bumstead asserted, “I love it. Thank You”. CBum then explained to his fans about Dino’s kind resolve behind gifting a Zeus shield chain to him. “A gift from Dino so I don’t get injured”, added the Canadian bodybuilder. Before ending the video, CBum called Dino a “beautiful man” for his thoughtful gesture.
It is not the first time that both were seen working out in conjunction. The Brazilian and the Canadian bodybuilder were often spotted together in the gym, performing several routines in alliance, all while debunking the rumors around their off-stage rivalry.

On 8th March, the Brazilian bodybuilder took to his Instagram handle to share a picture of himself and Bumstead from the gym. In the picture, Queiroz can be seen wearing a funky crocodile mask and flaunting his ripped physique, whereas CBum is standing behind him wearing a white RAW t-shirt while posing his muscular arms for the lens. In the caption, Dino tagged his friend, Chris Bumstead, and penned, “Sh*ts crazy my man!”
When not posing their tanned statures on the podium, both bodybuilders aspired to be great friends and share incredible dynamics. Nevertheless, by pulling off the curtains from their friendly alliance, they indeed caused a stir in the fitness fraternity. From gifting each other priceless possessions to talking highly of one another, Dino and CBum covered every nook and cranny of an unfeigned friendship, don’t you agree?
