American rapper, singer, and songwriter Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. A.K.A. Lil Wayne recently revealed his secret of fitness when he was featured in Zane Lowe’s Apple Music radio show. Interestingly, it was neither lifting weights, yoga nor other hard-core practices. This goes to say that fitness is a subjective undertaking in that different people have different paths to achieve their fitness goals. Even though most people find a way to fitness in the gyms, several others might do it a little differently.
To maintain a tight physique at 40 without all these regular fitness practices sounds like mysterious. Far from lifting the heavy weights, the hip-hop icon has instead built a lifestyle around fitness.

I haven’t eaten any fast food in forever.”
