American fitness icon Jeff Seid is a social media sensation with a massive following on pretty much every mainstream platform. His Instagram account boasts 4.5 million followers, and his YouTube channel, Official Jeff Seid, has over a million subscribers. Hence, making him a notable influencer in the fitness domain. However, his recent post on Instagram didn’t quite impart an influential effect on his fans.

Seid took to his social media to post an interesting picture of him flaunting his physique while being surrounded by a couple of women and a brief caption explaining the picture’s motive. The post came four days ago, with its location set to Santa Monica, California. It garnered quite some attention from his fans and followers, although many couldn’t relate to it. Fans react to Jeff Seid’s post

As per the social media update, the 28-year-old model shared a glimpse of him flexing his muscles on a beachside. The catch of the picture was him standing amidst five women, who, as per the image, seemed to be mesmerized by the influencer’s attractive build. Captioned as, “Perks of aesthetics,” the update acquired a wide range of reactions from fans, with a bountiful of them criticizing the note and questioning its integrity. Nonetheless, several fans seemed to be inspired by his idea and commended Seid for his great frame. One wrote, “Reason why I got into lifting right here,” while another acclaimed the picture to be the “best motivation.” However, there are a number of instances where fitness influencers have utilized their popularity to destruct stereotypes.

Joey Swoll called out a TikToker

In a recent tweet bodybuilding personality, Joey Swoll condemned a TikTok influencer for demeaning an old man working out in the gym. Reportedly, the influencer was recording herself when an old man was seen kicking a punching bag in the background. Thus, mocking the man’s stance, she made faces and exclaimed, “What was that.”

“So now we’re making fun of the way an elderly man works out? Really? You should be ashamed of yourself,” Swoll re-shared the post with a critical take on it. Additionally, he addressed the need for filming restrictions inside a gym premise.
