Bodybuilding is a process, and people who stick to it with discipline are blessed with a physique enviable to all. Former American bodybuilder Robby Robinson is a living example of that notion. The IFBB Pro earned nicknames such as The Black Prince and Mr. Lifestyle during his career. And he has proved once again why he is respected so much in the bodybuilding community.
Robby Robinson, the 76-year-old bodybuilder, recently took to Instagram to share a picture of him with a motivating caption. The picture of his insanely ripped physique was enough to draw all attention toward it. However, the caption was equally impactful and strong.

By mentioning when the photo was taken, he subtly hinted at the authenticity of his bodybuilding abilities even at his age. It was paramount proof that age is not an obstruction to building and maintaining a physique like that. He was also pushing everyone to go out there and achieve their goals without paying any heed to negativity.

Returning from the claws of death
His current physique is a testament to his hard work, but when one of his previous horrid conditions is accounted for, it is even more astounding. He once nearly died after using steroids, whose effects were exacerbated due to his bouts of sickness. Robinson recalled the incident two months ago, about the time he was walking back from Gold’s Gym and he collapsed in front of his door.
