Lou Ferrigno’s secret of looking young

Lou Ferrigno is one of those people who prove that age is just a number. At 71, The Hulk continues to lift weights and look after his physique, just like his biggest rival, the 75-year-old Arnold Schwarzenegger. But is lifting the only practice that keeps his skin young? Or is there more to that?

The reporter asked Ferrigno, “You definitely don’t look 62. Is it the Italian skin?” Ferrigno replied, “That could be part of it. But I think the whole key is that I have been weight training and working out for the last 50 years. I don’t smoke, don’t drink. My blood pressure is low — 110 over 60.”
