Ronnie Coleman is one of the biggest bodybuilders ever. The 8X Mr. Olympia went through lots of issues post-retirement. Coleman’s back had given him more pain than he endured in his entire career. Recently, Coleman appeared on “The Menace Podcast” with Dennis James, Milos Sarcev, and Chris Cormier.

Coleman opened up about the stem cell treatment he has been taking for a while now. Moreover, he explains the process and how much it is helping him now.
Is the stem cell treatment helping Ronnie?
After multiple injuries on his back, the pain has been a part of Ronnie Coleman’s life. Ronnie has been enduring pain for an extended time now. However, Ronnie recently disclosed that he is in a much better situation currently. Ronnie has been undergoing stem-cell treatment for a while now in Mexico. He revealed his relieving pain in the Dennis’ podcast.
Dennis questioned, “How is that stem cell working for you?” Ronnie responded, “That’s where I was. I was in Mexico getting it done.”
Dennis immediately followed up with another question. “So it’s working for you? Can you tell the difference?” Ronnie replied, “I can tell big difference. I get it IV (intravenous), it goes all over the body, you know you never know where your body going to be hurting so. And it works real good. I was in a lot of pain. It all went away like four-five days later.”
Ronnie Coleman is almost pain-free after the treatment
Ronnie Coleman has to visit Mexico now and then for this treatment now. Surely, Ronnie is happy with the effects of the treatment, but he said, “I have to keep going all the time, though that’s the only thing.” Dennis asked, “So, are you pain-free now?” Ronnie replied, “Yeah, pretty much.”
It’s good to hear the legend is finally out of an abundance of pain. He has taken five stem cell treatments till now. He informed in the podcast that he has to at least take it once in 3-4 months. Ronnie also confirmed his presence in the Dubai muscle show taking place in October end.

The stem cell treatment is helping the legendary bodybuilder to bear his pain. The 300-350 million stem cells that are injected into his veins have made him a lot better. However, the bodybuilder has to visit Mexico often now for his treatment. But he is ready to pay this cost, as he is happy with the way it is making him feel.
