“I’ll Be Honest, I’m a Little Rusty”: Beast Jay Cutler Feels “It’s Difficult to Go Back To” His Mr. Olympia Physique as He Announces 12 Weeks Transformation Challenge

4X Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler might have retired from professional bodybuilding, but his discipline for the  sport is strictly ingrained in him. He diligently posts videos and updates on his social media with his daily fitness vlogs, and updates his fans on his physique ahead of the Master’s Olympia in 2023, where he will be present as a guest. 

Cutler is currently working towards his goal of being ‘fit for 50.’ He is on his way to achieving his best shape since his retirement a decade ago. In a recent video posted on his Instagram, the Comeback Kis announced his upcoming transformation plan and talked about the challenges he is facing in this journey. 

Monday Motivation for Fans

Cutler recently posted a ‘Monday Motivation’ video on his Instagram where he announced that he will be starting a 12-week transformation program ahead of his 50th birthday. While he has been away from the sport of bodybuilding for a decade now, Cutler believes this is “a learning process” for him. He also realizes his weaknesses and flaws and aims at working on them.

“I’ll Be Honest, I’m a Little Rusty and I do wanna get in my lowest body fat, best muscle condition shape. But that’s gonna be a challenge cause I haven’t done that from sometime,” said Cutler. Continuing further, he added, “Winning Olympia is really difficult…to go back to that…so I’m not gonna be exactly what I used to be but I’m gonna be the best that I can absolutely be.”

Cutler concluded the video by thanking his fans for supporting him and his journey. While Cutler has been posting updates about his transformation, he has surely motivated a lot of people for the ‘Fit for 50’ challenge as well.

Jay Cutler is documenting his whole transformation for people to see, and get them driven and educated about the process. “It’s giving people motivation so I think that’s why I’m going to document it and showcase the physique,” Cutler revealed in his podcast CutlerCast.

Along with changing his own appearance, Cutler is trying to help others achieve their health goals as well. “Jay Cutler Fit for 50” is a program that was launched by Cutler in 2021, as he believes that fitness is a critical component of a healthy lifestyle. The program has received positive reviews from many people who have used it to improve their health and fitness levels.
