Wounded by Mr. Olympia 2022’s debacle, the former coach of The King, Ronnie Coleman, took to Instagram to share his ultimate mindset to reclaim the throne. Incidentally, Chad Nicholls is also leading Mamdouh Elssbiay aka Big Ramy on his latest attempt to win the competition.

Ever since the news of Ramy’s participation in the Arnold Classic came to the fore, ‘Big Ramy’ fever has returned to action. At this point, any news about Ramy is undoubtedly headline material. “We don’t TALK- we WORK and it’s time for @big_ramy and me to go back to WORK – see you in Columbus and you already know it’s gonna be cold.”, Nicholls captioned the post he shared on his Instagram profile.
