Legendary bodybuilder, universal action hero, and the former governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, has achieved a lot in his years of existence. The 75-year-old legend has five children. All of them have grown up into leading successful lives in their respective fields.

Among his five children, Katherine Schwarzenegger is the eldest. Katherine married Hollywood star Chris Pratt in 2019. Moreover, they are now the parents of two daughters, Lyla and Eloise. Just like any mother, Katherine is always on edge when it comes to her daughters. On that note, Arnold once disclosed Katherine’s protectiveness and his love towards his granddaughters in Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2021.

Arnold Schwarzenegger thinks it comes naturally

Arnold has changed the diapers of his children hundreds of times in his life. Indeed, he has done that successfully and even raised them well. But his daughter doesn’t have faith in him when it comes to her daughter. Katherine couldn’t relax whenever Lyla and Eloise are away from her.

Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed his daughter’s behavior whenever he takes her children. Katherine is like, “Oh, my god! Oh, my god! Like this.” Arnold added, “I said, ‘Katherine, come on, now. I’ve held enough children in my hands. I know exactly what I’m doing. I’m an expert in that stuff.’ She just freaks out and does it. [But] I think it’s natural.”

Arnold loves spending time with his granddaughters. He also expressed that he is proud of the way Chris and Katherine are raising their kids. Moreover, Arnold feels Katherine is a solid protector of Lyla and Eloise.

Arnold and Maria as successful parents 

Among his tons of success in his professional career, Arnold has also managed to make a successful father. Although he didn’t have a massively successful married life, the ex-couple did a tremendous job as parents. All their four children have received the love and support of both throughout their lives.

Even after they split up, Arnold and Maria decided to be mutually present for their children. Today, all of them have a successful life and are on the way to achieving excellence in their respective fields.
