Ronnie Coleman is a former bodybuilder and the eight-time Mr. Olympia winner. He won the Mr. Olympia title consecutively from 1998-2005. Hence, he is also counted as one of the greatest bodybuilders in the world. In fact, like almost every bodybuilder, Ronnie’s favorite place in the world is his gym.
As a bodybuilder, he had to put on pounds throughout his career and he never stepped back.

Furthermore, he added, “The main thing I wanted was a squat rack. And a bench press. I’ve also got a table crossover. The dumbbells start at 5lbs and go all the way up to 200lbs. But the main reason I wanted my own gym – to play my own music!”

Gym and training are inextricable from Ronnie
As a bodybuilder, Ronnie has an inseparable connection with weightlifting. He had faced many challenges several times but he never stopped training, be it COVID or his numerous surgeries. Coleman always got through the challenges.

When COVID happened, he revealed he had a secret weapon (his personal gym) other than Metroflex to train himself.

However, he cannot lift as much as he was able to in the past, for obvious reasons. But still, he just does not give up training. He lifts light but he does lift.
Ronnie also served as a cop between 1989-2000 besides bodybuilding. Ronnie was compared to the legend Arnold Schwarzenegger and many said if not ahead of him, Ronnie is definitely neck to neck with the legend.
