Michal Krizo has already become an internet sensation, especially because he has been updating bodybuilding fanatics regarding all his Mr. Olympia 2022 preparations. During the build-up to the actual competition, Krizo regularly posted pictures with his pumped muscles and chiseled pectorals.

Krizo already has many die-hard fans rooting for him. He has been described as the most underrated physique in the 2022 Mr. Olympia. So one can imagine that people have high expectations of him. On his part, Krizo has sworn not to disappoint his followers.

In an Instagram post he posted after the competition, he said, “Thanks to my all sponsors. Im verry happy. Next year i bring new Krizo and better place thanks all for support me.”

It is evident that Krizo has already made up his mind to hit the gym even harder, train even longer, and come back as a new and improved version of himself next year. The new and improved Michal Krizo will definitely be a tough one to beat.

Krizo’s origins and bodybuilding career

Krizo was born in Bojnice, a dainty town in the Slovak Republic. One of the biggest bodybuilders out there currently, he can easily be described as a gentle giant. Not only was Krizo receiving the attention of the bodybuilding audience, but he was also a favorite of veterans like Jay Cutler even before he qualified for Mr. Olympia 2022.

As a result of his popularity, he has started a YouTube channel named KRIZO to show off his workouts. Krizo won his IFBB pro card after competing in and winning the title at Amateur Olympia Italy in 2022. After attaining that victory, it was only a matter of time before he would qualify for competing in Mr. Olympia 2022. All he had to do was seal his victory in the upcoming EVLS Prague Pro.

And that is exactly what Michal Krizo did. He clinched the title and secured a spot in the Mr. Olympia event. Even though Krizo just went pro and is relatively new to the bodybuilding community, the insane season he is having has catapulted him to fame. Therefore, he can only go up from here.
