The forever ambassador of fitness, Arnold Schwarzenegger, never misses out on talking about training and workout. The Governator didn’t even leave out one of the wealthiest men with a net worth of $49.1 Billion, Mark Zuckerberg, from this discussion.
Did Zuckerberg have the time to exercise?
7X Mr. Olympia, Arnold Schwarzenegger, popped up in the Q&A session of Mark Zuckerberg back in 2015. The former professional bodybuilder asked a question to Zuckerberg. Arnold said, “Mark, I always tell people that nobody is too busy to exercise, especially if Popes and Presidents find time, you’ve got to be one of the busiest guys on the planet, and younger generations can probably relate to you more than they can the Pope – so tell me how you find time to train and what is your regimen like?”

Zuckerberg found Arnold’s question and answered it. Mark answered, “Staying in shape is very important. Doing anything well requires energy, and you just have a lot more energy when you’re fit. I make sure I work out at least three times a week – usually first thing when I wake up.”
Furthermore, on a lighter note, he added that he tries to take his dog for a run and mentions that he basically feels like “seeing a mop run.”

The idea behind Arnold’s question to Mark Zuckerberg was to make the younger generation relate more. The younger generation does not relate as much to the older generations as they can connect with Mark. Hence, Arnold wanted the young gen to relate to and learn the importance of exercise from their idol.
