Sharing his experience through an Instagram reel, Martin gave advice on what fans must do when they face such pressure and feel exhausted. Moved by his inspiring advice, viewers reacted enthusiastically, garnering more than 10,000 likes for the post in less than three days.

Martin Fitzwater’s heartfelt advice to fans

In a recent Instagram reel, Martin related, This is one thing they don’t tell you about bodybuilding. There will be a point when your physical exhaustion outweighs your mental exhaustion. You question whether you want to do it or not.” He shared that he experienced such physical exhaustion around four weeks ago. Continuing, he gave fans valuable advice which would help them if they faced similar difficulties. “But in these moments, remember why you started”, he said

Further, he told fans that it was vital to remember when physically exhausted that pushing limits helps in growth. Clearly, the bodybuilder strongly believes that stepping out of their comfort zone can help people achieve success. Earlier, the IFBB pro had also shared three essential tools that can aid bodybuilders in recovering from physical exhaustion.

Martin Fitzwater’s three tips to help bodybuilders regain energy after physical exhaustion

In an earlier Instagram reel posted in February, Fitzwater shared the first tool, the Theragun which can help bodybuilders get back to their strength. A Theragun is a massaging tool that helps heal sore muscles and reduce pain. The second tool which he recommended to fans, was a cupping set which helps to increase blood circulation and rejuvenate the skin.

Continuing, he suggested a third tool, an Epsom salt bath which helps to absorb magnesium through the skin; a mineral that helps generate energy in the body.  According to the newsfeed Paramount Health, an Epsom bath helps relax the body and relieves any muscular cramps.
