Taking the issue of ‘gut health,’ the IFBB champion pointed out how one would feel bloated and hold more water around their waist if they had a gut problem. According to him, neglecting gut health would do no good and only impact the body’s aesthetics.

Cutler advises his followers to find out the root cause of the problem. For those looking for some directives, he reveals that probiotics, digestive enzymes, and green veggies are a great place to start.

With a 58″ chest, 34″ waist, and 5’9″ height, Jay Cutler’s physique was remarkable. Apart from strenuous workouts, he also gave special emphasis to his diet.
