“Seriously Tragic”: Still Mourning Bodybuilding World Recalls 19-Year-Old Beast With Wild Physique Who Passed Away Last Year

Every athlete’s life is challenged by fate and unpredictable scenarios. While death is inevitable, it is disheartening to witness young and potential ones succumb to its outcomes. The 19-year-old prospective bodybuilder and influencer on Instagram lost his life in a motorcycle crash in June 2022. Furthermore, he was preparing to make his debut in the biggest bodybuilding show of his life just three weeks after the incident. 

He was an emerging athlete in the bodybuilding community, steadily pacing toward the professional domain. Recently, another fitness influencer and Youtuber shared a heartwarming video remembering the late athlete, while recognizing the innate skills that would have eventually turned him pro.

Ryeley Palfi began bodybuilding at the mere age of 15 and soon went viral on social media by 17 and was expected to leave quite the mark on the bodybuilding world. In Sinnan’s words, “He would have been the youngest IFBB pro.” Furthermore, the Youtuber expressed awe at Palfi’s “insane physique, insane genetics.” “Without a doubt, he’s inspired thousands of people, me being one of them, and he will not be forgotten,” he concluded. As the young Canadian was about to turn Pro, he was championed as a strong contender for the Mr. Olympia title in the classic physique discipline. Reportedly, moments before his passing he had shared something critical with his fans.

It was reported that he had shared a video of the motorbike that was involved in the accident and even told fans that it was raining and that he was headed to the gym. Even his last Instagram post is about the yellow and blue bike that he was clearly fond of. His father shared the news of his passing, and said that the youngster had been just three weeks away from his “biggest show yet.”

His social media still stands as a testament to his shredded build and utmost dedication. Siannan also recommended his official channel on YouTube to fitness enthusiasts looking for quality content. The fans were in tune with his acknowledgment and took to the comments to iterate their own. 

Fans recognize Ryeley Palfi’s determination and hard work

The video surfaced on Wednesday and has received much attention from fans, amassing over 221.5k views and 24k likes. One fan wrote, “Seriously tragic. Kid was going places. This is why you should chase your dreams, you never know when it’s your last day on earth so make every day count.”

Whereas another hinted at his great potential. “Dude he could’ve been amazing. Great chest, great back, great biceps, definitely could’ve been on the Mr. Olympia stage if he was still with us. RIP,” it read.

A disheartening comment stated, “Sad to see such a young and driven man die far too early. RIP little buddy.” Another lauded his flawless build saying, “He had a f*cking wild physic. My guy was a living statue.”

Other comments offered condolences by writing, “Let’s pour one for the young legend” and “RIP Legend.“

The loss had left the powerlifting sphere shaken and fans continue to regret the loss of such a potential young athlete. His efforts and his achievements shall always be cherished and looked back upon with great respect.
