Proportion and symmetry are the two words that aptly describe the sport of bodybuilding. From Frank Zane to Ronnie Coleman, the bodybuilding world is filled with great legends known for their well-sculpted bodies. The 2X Mr. Olympia champion, Big Ramy, is no exception. He is regarded for his meticulous physique and aesthetic body. However, according to another bodybuilder, Big Ramy’s chiseled body has a flaw.

The Canadian bodybuilder Lain Valliere recently took a toll on the Egyptian bodybuilder’s physique. He explained how Ramy’s performance in the forthcoming 2022 Mr. Olympia competition could be impacted by a “hole” in Ramy’s right quad.

Lain Vallerie thinks Ramy should be Penalized

Valliere discussed Ramy’s right quad injury in a recent episode of Bro Chat. He suspects Ramy might have shot a gear in his quad that led to a hole. Valliere said, “Yeah, he probably has a bunch of f****ng gear shot in there, who cares”. He believes Ramy should be reprimanded for it. “Look, if his quads look like this on the Olympia stage, then he should absolutely be penalized for them”, added Valliere.

Addressing this accusation, Big Ramy’s coach cleared the air. In his latest podcast, Dennis James explained the actual reason for the dent. James said, “It has nothing to do with injections. He never shot where he has the issues”. He even mentioned the MRI results and the real cause of the hole. “They basically explained to him that the muscle is kind of glued together, there’s no blood supply”, Dennis added.
