The intake of steroids to build heavy muscle seems to be the trend for leading bodybuilders. For some, they have taken the obsession with showing off their size, which can negatively impact the athletes’ welfare. Schwarzenegger once spoke about the problems related to this in a past interview.

“They have taken it, in my opinion, too far. It has gotten too competitive. They’re gonna take more and more stuff that they’re not supposed to, and sometimes it kills people,” said Schwarzenegger, who believes it is the wrong way forward.
