Strongman Eddie Hall has been one of the chanted names in bodybuilding. From winning 6 UK’s Strongest Man trophies in a row to becoming World’s Strongest Man in 2017, Hall has shown some incredible feats. But apart from being the strongman giant, he is also very active on social media, and frequently treats his fans with bizarre challenges that he set for himself.

Recently, Hall collaborated with Britain’s reigning Strongwoman and made a video on that. Reportedly, both bodybuilders went to a cafe and swapped each other’s diets. Who defeated whom?

What does Eddie Hall eat in a day?

Recently, Hall posted a video on his YouTube channel and wrote, “Swapping Diets With a professional strongwoman” in the caption. Chloe Brennan, Britain’s number one Strongwoman under 160 lbs weight class, joined him. She had been among the top five in the world for the last two years under 141 lbs then moved up her weight class. However, as she has to follow a pretty strong diet too, it’s now left to see how did she do at the challenge.

In the video, Hall and Brennan swapped their breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a part of the challenge. Eddie ordered the cafe’s special breakfast with extra sausage and black pudding for Chloe. And she chose the ‘small breakfast’ with no tomatoes, a side of mushrooms, pasta, and a bottle of orange juice. Brennan’s choice of food had 800 calories, while Hall chose a 1700 calories plate for her. The strongman devoured the food in no time, while UK’s pride took a little longer than him.

The same thing happened with lunch and dinner. Hall’s ‘hefty’ lunch consisted of 400 grams of rib eye steak, 200 grams of vegetables, and a big portion of cheesecake. On the other hand, Brennan ate duck in plum sauce with vegetables, noodles, and a ladle of rice. And just like breakfast, Hall was quick to finish his lunch, but Brennan was seemingly struggling to complete the ‘Eddie’ plate. After that, their calorie count was: Hall – 1600 calories, and Brennan – 3850 calories.

And then they headed towards the gym and grabbed some snacks before. Moving on to their last challenge, which is the dinner plate swipe, things had been just getting out of hand for Chloe. In fact, she took almost 40 minutes to complete the dinner Eddie set for her and ended up taking 7000 in that day, while Hall did pretty well in taking 3000 calories throughout the day.
