Ronnie Coleman recently reacted to the crazy lifts of Kyriakos Grizzly. Coleman evaluated how Grizzly lifts such heavy weights at the gym.

Ronnie Coleman stood in awe when he watched Kyriakos Grizzly lifting weights. Coleman couldn’t understand what is Grizzly trying to do. However, Coleman just sat shocked by what Grizzly is doing. He exclaimed“What the hell is that?” Watching Grizzly’s pull-ups he said wittily, “I think he is trying to do a pull-up, but he is just doing a up”

After watching one of his lifts, Ronnie said, “This is him practicing his technique for going taking the sh**, that’s all this is cause he ain’t working anything”

Grizzly’s lifts were making Ronnie confused about what was he actually trying to do. Ronnie questioned, “What is he working on?” And further said, “This is absolutely crazy sh** I can think of to do at the gym”.

Ronnie couldn’t help but just laugh

The lifts by Kyriakos Grizzly were making Ronnie crazy. He was shocked to see lifts with no proper focus on any muscle. Ronnie said, “He’s just got a bunch of weight on the bar that’s hanging. He’s just lifting some heavy sh**, he is not working out.”

Coleman further said, “This is absolutely the craziest sh** I have ever seen”. While matching more of Grizzly’s aggression and his postures, Coleman said, “All seizure time”. And as the video come to the end, it happened as Ronnie predicted and said, “Yep yep yep, that’s about this workout, falling on his a**.”
