Hence, the feud between Arnold Schwarzenegger and Donald Trump is rather interesting. Two of the most influential personalities go against each on Twitter. However, Arnold once recalled how Trump did not banter with him in private.

But, he spoke about Trump taking him out for a Twitter battle on social media, which confused the legendary bodybuilders. He revealed intriguing details about the feud and explained his feeling about Trump. 

Arnold Schwarzenegger comments on Trump’s Twitter escapades

Appearing on The Late Show with James Corden, the duo stepped up to the plate to play ‘Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts’. It is a fascinating game where Corden showers his guests with tricky questions while keeping an entrée of delightful dishes. Well, not so delicious! During the game, Corden asked Schwarzenegger whether Trump said anything mean to him in private. Arnold, with a subtle smile, thought about the reply and spoke about Trump’s antics.

 “In private, he was always very nice. As a matter of fact, the last conversation I had with him, a private conversation, was when he called me and asked me for my endorsement when he ran for president. I declined. Since then, everything that he says about me or to me is on Twitter, which sucks. So I think he is always kind of nice in private. But, in public, I think that’s very mean-spirited by what he says,” said Arnold.

He saved himself from the weird dishes on the table as fans burst into laughter.

A battle for ages

The battle between the two superstars is incredible, and Arnold believes he knows why Trump despises him. He spoke about how Trump wanted to be like him and exclaimed how he was “in love” with Arnold. Likewise, there are many examples of their battle. In 2017, Trump tweeted about Schwarzenegger performing as a host on “The New Celebrity Apprentice” and that Arnold’s presence affected the ratings of the show.

Thus, their battles go on and on. The James Corden show, however, brought out Arnold’s impressions of the former president. Taking his case in public and not private, the bodybuilding legend reacted to Trump’s antics perfectly. What do you think about the feud?
