“Why Don’t You Take Him on a Date”: Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Daughter Once Revealed Boys on Dates Often Pissed Her With Unwanted Questions About Her Dad

Sometimes even the simplest of things don’t work out well because of celebrity status, and Katherine Schwarzenegger understands this very well. Born to the bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger, this American author has opened up before about what it is like to bear her family name. Katherine, unlike her brothers, has not gone into the arena of physique sports. She rather has chosen to carve a niche for herself in the book world.

She is currently married to Hollywood actor Chris Pratt. But, there was a time in the early 2010s when she was single. But, dating can be tough when you’re the daughter of the ‘Terminator.’ In an interview, Katherine spoke about what dating was like for her.

Arnold’s daughter spoke about her dating life

In a 2014 Youtube interview clip, Katherine was on a talk show. She was talking about how it felt to be a part of the famous Schwarzenegger clan. The host asked her about her relationship status to which she confirmed that she was single.

But, on further being probed about what dating was for her, she had a hilarious tale to tell. She said, “it gets annoying because I go on dates a lot of the time and um I’m usually I usually sit down someone will start imitating my dad”. If that wasn’t enough, she narrated how guys would ask for gym tips from her.

Arnold’s daughter said that guys would ask her for exercise tips, like how to bench press well. This would, very normally, annoy Katherine.

She reminisced that she’d answer her dates rather curtly then, “I’m like no why don’t you take him on a date don’t take me on a date like that” she’d say.

The family life of Arnold Schwarzenegger

Arnold’s family life has been nothing short of colorful. Arnold got married to Maria Shriver in 1986. A member of the Kennedy family, Maria Shriver is an American journalist. The couple was married during Arnold’s prime years, but they filed for divorce in 2011. The pair had four children together, namely, Katherine, Christina, Patrick, and Christopher.

But, Arnold has also fathered another son with his housekeeper Mildred Baena, named Joseph Baena. He was conceived when Arnold and Maria were still together.
