With less than 3 weeks before Olympia 2022, excitement among competing bodybuilders has soared. During this period of final preparation before Olympia 2022, Brandon Curry’s coach Abdullah Alotaib had a thing or two to comment about Big Ramy in a podcast. In his statement, Abdullah told why Big Ramy is not unbeatable in the Olympia competition.

While Brandon Curry won the Mr. Olympia title in 2019, Big Ramy won the same for the next two consecutive years. Abdullah’s statement comes in the nick of time with less than two weeks awaiting  Mr. Olympia 2022. Not only did Abdullah give his frank views, he asked a pertinent question about Big Ramy too!

Coach Abdullah’s honest opinion on Big Ramy

During the 2022 Real Bodybuilding podcast, Abdullah told how many people have the view that Big Ramy is unbeatable. Responding to Ramy’s 2021 win and this popular opinion, Abdullah said, “Congrats for him last year, but he’s not hard to beat.”  Abdullah also talked about how Lee Haney also couldn’t believe that Ramy overcame Brandon in the Olympia. The coach also stated that this was Big Ramy’s last Olympia.

The coach then went on to explain that Rami’s physique is not that good.  “He lose triceps, he lose back, shoulder, and now quads”, Abdullah saidThe reference to quads here refers to the recent controversy about whether Ramy had a dent in his quads which is visible in some photos.

Then, Abdullah made a bold remark about Ramy’s posting of his photos on public platforms. “Why Ramy don’t post legs, only the upper?” The answer Abdullah gives to this question is that Ramy’s legs are in a worse condition and raise doubts about his overall fitness.

Continuing, Abdullah spoke about how he helped Ramy as a brother. He also made a strong statement. “If you don’t win Olympia, I think Ramy is done.” With so much controversy around Big Ramy’s credibility in strength sports, it only reflects how important it is for Ramy to win this Olympia.

Abdullah names the top 5 competitors for Mr. Olympia 2022

According to Abdullah, Brandon Curry, William Bonac, Big Ramy, Nick Walker, and Hadi Choopan were the top 5 competitors for the upcoming Olympia. Abdullah also spoke with confidence that Brandon Curry has the greatest chance of winning Olympia 2022.
