Jay Cutler shares a few steps to sustain a healthy diet

Jay Cutler is one of the best to have competed in the sport of bodybuilding. His immense knowledge about the subject has helped him to keep simplifying complex fitness concepts to provide his fans and followers with the best everyday strategy one can opt for. Similarly, he came up with a simplified diet plan that will be more sustainable, healthy, and enjoyable at the same time.

In his newsletter Jay Mail, he stated that one should not go for a diet plan that they do not enjoy. While explaining, he divided it into three steps. Firstly, he advises his fans to “look at the meals you eat the most”. Secondly, “consider how nutritious they are”. And lastly, “What changes you need to make in order for them to get you closer to your goals.”
