In the Instagram post, he disclosed the health scarcity that hospitalized him just five days before Arnold Classic. However, even that couldn’t stop him from competing. Urs Kalecinski’s valuable teaching on achieving the goals

In the Instagram post, Urs revealed he suffered “food poisoning” five days before Arnold Classic 2023. However, despite being hit by a big blow before the competition, Kalecinski didn’t think twice before competing in it. He mentioned the potential of willpower in his post as he disclosed his condition prior to the competition. Kalecinski wrote, “Strength isn’t just about the muscles you build, it’s about the willpower you have to keep pushing forward.” Yes, he might be pretty exhausted, but he explained, “I never lost sight of my goals.”

Further in the post, he delivered a message to the young bodybuilders who might be finding it difficult to fight several obstacles along the way. He wrote, “no matter what obstacles come your way, you have the power to overcome them and achieve greatness. Believe in yourself and never give up on your dreams until you reach your goals or your maximum aesthetic”

Urs Kalecinski looked great in Arnold Classic 2023. He even improved his position in the 2022 Arnold Classic and captured the runner-up position. And if he hadn’t disclosed this information now, no one would have guessed he was hospitalized just days before the competition.
